Coefficient 5ppm/°C Ratiometric Temperature Coefficient The MAX5481­MAX5484 feature an internal, non-volatile, electrically erasable programmable read-only 10k and 50k End-to-End Resistor Values memory (EEPROM) that stores the wiper position for ini- Pin-Selectable SPI-Compatible Serial Interface or tialization during power-up. The 3-wire SPI-compatible Up/Down Digital Interface serial interface allows communication at data rates up 1µA (max) Standby Current to 7MHz. A pin-selectable up/down digital interface isalso available. Single +2.7V to +5.25V Supply Operation The MAX5481­MAX5484 are ideal for applications Dual ±2.5V Supply Operation requiring digitally controlled potentiometers. Two end-to-end resistance values are available (10k and 50k) in a Pin Configurations voltage-divider or a variable-resistor configuration (seethe Selector Guide). The nominal resistor temperature TOP VIEW coefficient is 35ppm/°C end-to-end, and only 5ppm/°C CS SCLK(INC) DIN(U/D) SPI/UD ratiometric, making these devices ideal for applicationsrequiring low-temperature-coefficient voltage-dividers, 12 11 10 9 such as low-drift, programmable gain-amplifiers.
