It NIH VNIL 28% VCC (min.) Power down protection is provided on all inputs achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalentBipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low Low Noise: V = OLP 0.4V (typ.) power dissipation. Low power dissipation: I = = CC 2µA (max.) @ TA 25°C The internal circuit is composed of 3 stages including Pin and function compatible with 74HC04 buffer output, which provide high noise immunity andstable output. An input protection circuit ensures that 0Vto 7V can be applied to the input pins without regard tothe supply voltage. This device can be used to interface5V to 3V systems and two supply systems such as bat-tery back up. This circuit prevents device destruction dueto mismatched supply and input voltages.
