Design improvements yield ESD Protection > 2000V extremely low charge injection (less than 5pC) and guar- +3V to +15V Single-Supply Operation antee electrostatic discharge protection (ESD) greater ±3V to ±8V Bipolar-Supply Operation than 2000V. Low Power Consumption (< 300µW) These muxes operate with a single +3V to +15V supply or Rail-to-Rail Signal Handling bipolar ±3V to ±8V supplies, while retaining CMOS-logic TTL/CMOS-Logic Compatible input compatibility and fast switching. CMOS inputs pro-vide reduced input loading. The MAX398/MAX399 are Ordering Information pin compatible with the industry-standard DG408,DG409, DG508A, and DG509A.
