These amplifiers exhibit a 1.1mA Supply Current per Amplifier high slew rate of 10V/µs and a gain-bandwidth product 2.7V to 5.5V Single-Supply Operation (GBWP) of 10MHz. The MAX4230­MAX4234 can drivetypical headset levels (32), as well as bias an RF 10MHz Gain-Bandwidth Product power amplifier (PA) in wireless handset applications.
