LMH6559 July 2006 LMH6559 High-Speed, High-Speed, Closed-Loop BufferGeneral Description Features The LMH6559 is a high-speed, closed-loop buffer designed n Closed-loop buffer for applications requiring the processing of very high fre- n 1750MHz small signal bandwidth quency signals. While offering a small signal bandwidth of n 4580V/µs slew rate 1750MHz, and an ultra high slew rate of 4580V/µs the n 0.06% / 0.02° differential gain/phase Closed-Loop LMH6559 consumes only 10mA of quiescent current. Total n -52dBc THD at 20MHz harmonic distortion into a load of 100 at 20MHz is -52dBc. n Single supply operation (3V min.) The LMH6559 is configured internally for a loop gain of one.Input resistance is 200k and output resistance is but 1.2. n 75mA output current These characteristics make the LMH6559 an ideal choice forthe distribution of high frequency signals on printed circuit Applications boards.
