The device is available in 4 n NPN output switches 5.0A, can stand off 65V different output voltage versions: 3.3V, 5.0V, 12V, and ad- n Wide input voltage range: 4V to 40V justable. n Adjustable switching frequency: 100 kHz to 200 kHz Requiring a minimum number of external components, these n External shutdown capability 5A regulators are cost effective, and simple to use.
