FSQ0170RNA, FSQ0270RNA, FS April 2007 FSQ0170RNA, FSQ0270RNA, FSQ0370RNAGreen Mode Fairchild Power Switch (FPSTM) Features Description Internal Avalanche Rugged 700V SenseFET The FSQ0170RNA, FSQ0270RNA, FSQ0370RNA Consumes only 0.8W at 230 VAC & 0.5W Load with consists of an integrated current mode Pulse Width Burst-Mode Operation Modulator (PWM) and an avalanche-rugged 700V Sense Precision Fixed Operating Frequency, 100kHz FET. It is specifically designed for high-performance off- Internal Start-up Circuit and Built-in Soft-Start line Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal Q0370RNA -- Green Mode Fairch Pulse-by-Pulse Current Limiting and Auto-Restart external components. The integrated PWM controller Mode features include: a fixed-frequency generating oscillator, Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), Overload Protection Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) protection, Leading (OLP), Internal Thermal Shutdown Function (TSD) Edge Blanking (LEB), an optimized gate turn-on/ turn-off Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) driver, Thermal Shutdown (TSD) protection, and Low Operating Current (3mA) temperature compensated precision current sources forloop compensation and fault protection circuitry. Adjustable Peak Current Limit Compared to a discrete MOSFET and controller or RCCswitching converter solution, the FSQ0170RNA, Applications FSQ0270RNA, FSQ0370RNA reduces total componentcount, design size, and weight while increasing Auxiliary Power Supply for PC and Server efficiency, productivity, and system reliability.
