74LCX126 -- Lo February 2008 74LCX126 w V Low Voltage Quad Buffer with 5V Tolerant olta Inputs and Outputs ge Quad Buff Features General Description 5V tolerant inputs and outputs The LCX126 contains four independent non-inverting 2.3V­3.6V V buffers with 3-STATE outputs. Each output is disabled CC specifications provided 5.5ns t = when the associated output-enable (OE) input is LOW. PD max. (VCC 3.3V), 10µA ICC max. The inputs tolerate voltages up to 7V allowing the inter- er with 5V Power down high impedance inputs and outputs face of 5V systems to 3V systems. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or down, OE should be tied to VCC through a pull-up resistor: the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sourcing capability of the driver.
