74VHC27 -- T December 2007 riple 3-Input NOR Gate 74VHC27Triple 3-Input NOR Gate Features General Description High speed: t = = PD 4.1ns (typ) at TA 25°C The VHC27 is an advanced high speed CMOS 3-Input Low power dissipation: I = = NOR Gate fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technol- CC 2µA (max) at TA 25°C High noise immunity: V = = ogy. It achieves the high-speed operation similar to NIH VNIL 28% VCC (min.) equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the Power down protection is provided on all inputs CMOS low power dissipation. Low noise: V = OLP 0.8V (max.) The internal circuit is composed of 3 stages including Pin and function compatible with 74HC27 buffer output, which provide high noise immunity andstable output. An input protection circuit insures that 0Vto 7V can be applied to the input pins without regard tothe supply voltage. This device can be used to interface5V to 3V systems and two supply systems such as bat-tery backup. This circuit prevents device destruction dueto mismatched supply and input voltages.
