Small, Low Power, 2-Axis ±3 g i MEMS® Accelerometer ADXL323 FEATURES GENERAL DESCRIPTION 2-axis sensing The ADXL323 is a small, thin, low power, complete 2-axis Small, low-profile package accelerometer with signal-conditioned voltage outputs, all 4 mm × 4 mm × 1.45 mm LFCSP_LQ on a single, monolithic IC.
